We understand that all communities are made up from a large number of individuals, and as such it is to be expected that issues will arise from interactions between individuals, particularly when under stress. While our Code of Conduct is clear and our Expectations are to be followed by all participants in any Saber Combat Academy Ltd. space, sometimes incidents occur and we want to introduce a fast and effective complaints procedure. This will allow SCA and the larger community to deal with problems officially, with a record of incidents going forward to stop similar events happening in the future.
To make a complaint, simply download and print the linked form. Fill it out as best as you can and post it to the address provided within, or hand it in to any SCA staff as a class or event. Complaints will then be investigated and a suitable resolution reached as quickly as possible between all parties involved.
Complaints can be made about any behaviour that goes against the SCA Code of Conduct and Expecations. Complaints can also be made about any behaviour that is illegal or unlawful, and in particular any behaviours or incidents that put any person(s) at risk of harm. Please do not be afraid of making complaints as this is the best way for Saber Combat Academy to improve services and avoid issues escalating.
